Liljebergs Cymothoe Sangaris

Cymothoe sangaris is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family, subfamily Limenitidinae. The species is found in Central Africa. The male is bright red. The female is larger, orange in basic color, with black and white wavy markings along the edge and at the wing tips. The female is very variable.
