Terms of delivery & Returns

We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Orders made on working days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, for example because the products are out of stock. The product page shows the exact delivery time. Should we not meet the date of the delivery for any reason, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping. The shipping costs are:

€ 4,95 for orders in The Netherlands and Belgium below € 50,--

Free orders in The Netherlands and Belgium from € 50,--

Other countries in EU:

* € 17,50 Finland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia.

Delivery exceeds with PostNL's mailbox or package delivery. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms :

Purchased items may be registered within fourteen business days after delivery. After this period you have 14 days to actually return or exchange the item. If you make use of your right to return, you will be refunded the entire order amount including shipping costs within 14 days after the return notification.
